7 Bedrooms - Sleeps 14 / 16
This imposing and beautifully restored farmhouse showcases original features including slate flagstone floors and stone fireplaces. Outside there is a garden dedicated to the farmhouse – great for lawn games and sitting to enjoy the magnificent countryside. The farmhouse also provides a hot tub, sauna, cold plunge bath and a sheltered seating area with a log burner for cosy evenings. The farmhouse is styled with modern rustic décor and enjoys large open comfortable rooms that have been thoughtfully fitted with everything to provide a wonderful holiday experience.
Ground floor
The large and imposing hallway features original slate floors and opens onto the dining room on the left and the lounge on the right. Both these bright and airy rooms have an original stone fireplaces that are a mirror image of each other that were uncovered during the restoration process.
The lounge offers a large Smart TV, log burner, board games, a variety of books and comfortable sofas for relaxation. The separate dining room has a bespoke bar area that includes a wine cooler, smart TV and a large dining table to seat 16.
The family sized kitchen features original restored oak beams and a large modern central island. Relax with a drink and enjoy the view through the large picture window with a comfy seat overlooking the courtyard. The well thought out kitchen has a Belfast sink, induction hob, electric cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher and leads onto a utility room with washing machine and a separate cloak room and toilet.
First floor
On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, three are ensuite and there is a separate family bathroom. Two of the main bedrooms feature an original slate fireplace and have Smart TVs.
Climbthe oak stairs onto the Second Floor where there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with a large shower, bath, basin and toilet.
3 Bedrooms - Sleeps 6
This cottage is accessed by an external flight of stairs from the courtyard, so may be unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Tŷ Top is full of rustic character and charm and offers modern comfortable accommodation throughout. It is ideal for a family or larger group with three bedrooms, one ensuite and a family bathroom.
You enter this attractive cottage into the beautiful kitchen which features a breakfast bar, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and high end appliances and furniture.
The lounge / dining room has the original A frame on the ceiling adding character and, like all the properties, is finished in a modern rustic style.
The charming ensuite bedroom boasts views to the Aran Mountain. There are two further double bedrooms and a family bathroom providing plenty of space for you all.
2 Bedrooms - Sleeps 4
This pretty cottage is all on the ground floor and accessed from the courtyard. You enter through the beautifully appointed kitchen that features modern appliances including a convenient dishwasher. With large slabbed floors and cosy underfloor heating throughout , it is accessible and comfortable. All the windows showcase original slate window ledges.
You enter the cottage into the finely appointed kitchen which has a dining table for 4.
The adjacent lounge has luxurious leather sofas, a smart tv, and abundance of books and games to keep everyone occupied indoors.
2 Bedrooms - Sleeps 4
This characterful cottage is all on one floor and accessed from the Courtyard. The underfloor heating keeps the cottage cosy and the large slabbed floors contribute to the high end rustic modern look throughout.
As you enter you arrive at the kitchen which is fitted with the full range of high-end appliances including a dishwasher, fridge with an ice box and furniture.
The lounge/dining room provides a lovely space for relaxing into the leather sofas, watching the smart tv and diving into the abundance of books and games.
There are two beautifully appointed double bedrooms and one large bathroom, that has a shower, toilet and basin.
